Teen Girls Support Group: A 6 week Journey to Confidence, Connection & Community * Starting September 23, 2026
Adolescence is filled with change, challenges, and self-discovery. This supportive group offers a welcoming and safe space for teen girls to explore self-esteem, relationships, confidence, and identity. Through engaging discussions, activities, and peer support, participants will learn practical tools to navigate emotions, social pressures, friendships, and relationships with greater confidence and resilience.

Week l: High School is a Season of Life
Week 2: Red, Green & Beige Flags in Relationships
Week 3: Self-Advocacy & People Pleasing & Self-Esteem
Week 4: How to Avoid Drama
Week 5: Trust & Boundaries
Week 6: Online Presence

This small-group experience helps participants strengthen their sense of self, build confidence, and develop meaningful connections with others.

When: This 6 week in-person group starts September 23, 2026 and will meet on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 pm.
