Jasmine works with adults, couples, and adolescents navigating identity development, life transitions, relationship challenges, and performance-related stress. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals better understand their authentic self beyond external expectations, achievement, and survival roles.
Her therapeutic approach integrates existential, parts-based (IFS-informed), solution-focused, and performance-oriented modalities while remaining grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and genuine human connection. Jasmine believes therapy should be a space where clients can show up honestly, deepen self-understanding, strengthen their relationship with themselves, and create lives that feel more aligned and fulfilling. Her work focuses on helping clients refine their inner world so they can move through their outer world with greater clarity, confidence, discernment, and emotional intelligence. She views healing not only as growth, but as developing a deeper understanding of oneself and the patterns that shape the way we live, connect, and perform.
In addition to private practice work, Jasmine has experience in community mental health, therapeutic program development, research, and group facilitation, including work with culturally diverse populations. Her background in research and human behavior continues to shape her thoughtful and insight-oriented approach to clinical work.
